We operate primarily in New Jersey, Eastern Pa, New York and are available for catering both private and corporate events throughout the Tri-state and surrounding area. Meet Taco Shelly
Founder and Executive Chef, Rachelle Gonzalez, has always had a passion for food. Her culinary journey began as a child, watching and learning from her GrandMother in the family kitchen. Chef Rachelle has always stayed true to her Latin roots and is grateful to share her heritage with so many in the form of food!
Throughout her career she has held numerous titles and explored many aspects of all that is culinary. Her years of diverse experience are quite evident in every dish she serves. Chef Rachelle has an unwavering commitment to Quality, Taste, and Flair which is indisputably demonstrated in her work.
